I had a mixed experience during my stay. The service was notably fantastic, with staff like Patrick truly dedicated to helping guests, but the rooms definitely need a bit of renovation. While the hotel has a great atmosphere thanks to the staff, some aspects felt outdated and unclean, especially the furniture and linen situation, which left much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I had high hopes upon arrival, but unfortunately, the rooms were filthy, and the overall cleanliness raised serious concerns. However, I did find the service to be accommodating, and some staff members were genuinely kind. It was a huge letdown given the circumstances.
